2025 Big Fish Cooking Classes

Join Chef Peter Farley & friends as they create award-winning dishes to appease your palate!

**Wine & food pairing by Karen Sposato from Sposato Wines– All recipes will be given to you that are made in the class–You will get to try every dish we make!

  • Minimum of 18 participants per class
  • Maximum of 20 participants per class (please sign up early!)
  • Full payment required upon registration
  • Full refund given in the event of cancellation. You must cancel at least 5 days before the event to receive a refund.

In this hands-on class, we will teach any home baker the craft of creating crisp and flaky all-butter crusts made with flavorful ingredients. We’ll teach you how to make the dough by hand and successfully roll it out, show you how to prepare a double-crust pie, and also how to crimp the edges to make your pies look beautiful.

We’ll then make the fillings for and bake up two pies: Plum Apple Cobbler Pie & Chocolate Walnut Pie.

You’ll leave with the knowledge & recipes to bake these pies at home along with recipes for other types of pies: Pumpkin Pie, Cranberry Pear Lattice Pie & Coconut Cream pie, and the two pies you made in the class!
