What is an E Gift Card?
An eGift card is an electronic gift card that is received via email and used to redeem in one of our participating BFRG locations, excluding Nick Fishhouse. eGift cards work similar to plastic gift cards, except the gift card number on the eGift card is manually entered in our point-of-sale by a team member, instead of the card being swiped.
Are there any fees associated with the purchase of an E Gift Card?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.
Can I change the value of an E Gift Card after I've paid for it?

Not at this time.

What denominations are available?
BFRG Gift Cards can be loaded for variable amounts from $10 to $2,000.
How do I cancel the purchase of an E Gift Card?
If you chose a delivery date that is in the future, you can cancel your purchase by contacting [email protected]. If the delivery date is today or in the past, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When is my credit card charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as BIGFISH GRILL EGFTCARD.

Can I buy an E Gift Card for myself?

I want a printed E Gift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
On the ‘Personalize’ tab, enter your email address in the “Recipient Email” & “Confirm Recipient Email” fields. Enter your recipient’s name in the “To” box and your personal message then complete the transaction normally. You will receive the eGift Card via email. Print the email. The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.
Can I send two (or more) E Gift Cards to two (or more) different people who share an email address?

Yes. If you send separate gift cards to Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim at their shared email address, they will receive two messages with the subject “[Sender] sent you an eGift Card from Big Fish Restaurant Group” with your name in place of [Sender]. Within the text of the emails, each message will be addressed to the respective recipient, using the name you entered in the purchase process, for example: “Mary Smith, John Jones sent you a $XX eGift Card from Big Fish Restaurant Group.”

After customizing one eGift card and adding to your cart, on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page, simply click on ‘Add Another eGift’ to add another eGift card to your cart.

What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an E Gift Card?

On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift. The email shows the design you selected, your recipient’s name and your personalized message, its value, card number & reg code. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.

When is the E Gift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. If you select ‘Now’ and not a specific date in the future, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.
Where can I use my E Gift Card?
You can use your eGift Card at accepted locations.
Do I need a special printer? Do I need to print color?

When does the E Gift Card expire?
There is no expiration date on your eGift Card.
Can I reload my E Gift Card after I've spent the full value?

Is my order secure?

All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. The eGift Card purchase process is fully PCI compliant. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected].

How do you prevent the email from getting lost as spam?
We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the eGift Card via email. Still, there is a chance that the email will be treated as spam or the recipient didn’t notice it in their email inbox.
What if I lose my E Gift Card?

Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed eGift Card, please visit eGift card Customer Support or contact Blackhawk Network, our third-party eGift card provider at (833) 484-3242. You must have the original purchase order number & purchaser email address to look up your order & have it resent to your email.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed E Gift Card?

Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact [email protected] immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
