When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as BIGFISH GRILL EGFTCARD.
Can I buy an E Gift Card for myself?
I want a printed E Gift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
Can I send two (or more) E Gift Cards to two (or more) different people who share an email address?
Yes. If you send separate gift cards to Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim at their shared email address, they will receive two messages with the subject “[Sender] sent you an eGift Card from Big Fish Restaurant Group” with your name in place of [Sender]. Within the text of the emails, each message will be addressed to the respective recipient, using the name you entered in the purchase process, for example: “Mary Smith, John Jones sent you a $XX eGift Card from Big Fish Restaurant Group.”
After customizing one eGift card and adding to your cart, on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page, simply click on ‘Add Another eGift’ to add another eGift card to your cart.
RECEIVING & REDEMPTION
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an E Gift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift. The email shows the design you selected, your recipient’s name and your personalized message, its value, card number & reg code. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.
When is the E Gift Card sent to the recipient?

Is my order secure?
All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL. The eGift Card purchase process is fully PCI compliant. How do you prevent the email from getting lost as spam?
What if I lose my E Gift Card?
What if someone makes a copy of my printed E Gift Card?
Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the Gift Card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact support@bigfishrestaurantgroup.com immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
E GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms
Big Fish Restaurant Group (“BFRG”) eGift Cards are distributed by Paytronix & the BFRG . By visiting https://bigfish.myguestaccount.com/guest/egift, you agree that these Terms & Conditions (“Ts & Cs”) are governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased. Big Fish Restaurant Group (“COMPANY”) and Paytronix reserve the right to change these Ts & Cs from time to time in its discretion.
2. eGift Cards
Big Fish Restaurant Group eGift Cards are available for purchase here. No fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of eGift Cards.
3. Redemption
Big Fish Restaurant Group eGift Cards are redeemable for food and merchandise at all Big Fish Restaurant Group locations except for Nick’s Fishhouse. Redeem this eGift Card by simply handing it to your server or cashier for payment when making a purchase. Unused value remains on the eGift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or gratuity.
4. View Your Balance
To view your gift card balance go to https://bigfish.myguestaccount.com/guest/nologin/account-balance
5. Returns
You may not return or cancel your Big Fish Restaurant Group eGift Card after it is received. Purchasers who wish to cancel an eGift Card order purchased prior to its delivery to a recipient should contact support@bigfishrestaurantgroup.com.
6. Lost or Stolen eGift Cards
If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact support@bigfishrestaurantgroup.com immediately. eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
7. Limitations
The maximum value that can be associated with any one eGift Card is two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) and total purchases for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day. You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards.
eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Void if reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused eGift Cards may not be transferred.
8. Our Policies
Information that you provide when purchasing an eGift card is subject to BFRG’s Privacy Policy.
9. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss of eGift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards. If you have any questions, please see the above FAQ.
10. Big Fish Restaurant Group eGift Card Customer Service
If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your eGift Card, please contact support@bigfishrestaurantgroup.com. Please include your order number and email address.
11. Payment Methods
Big Fish Restaurant Group eGift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
12. Delivery Information and Requirements for eGift Card Purchasers
All orders of eGift Cards are subject to a process that compares purchaser information provided on the web site with information about the purchaser provided by the purchaser’s financial institution. If there is a discrepancy, your eGift Card order may be delayed until it can be corrected.
If you have concerns about your order, please contact support@bigfishrestaurantgroup.com. Please refer to your order number and email address.
We are not responsible for eGift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact support@bigfishrestaurantgroup.com if you suspect the recipient did not receive their eGift Card.
13. Reasons for Failed Delivery
eGift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the eGift Card has not been received within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
a. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
b. Recipient’s firewall blocked the email
c. Email inbox is over size limit
d. Invalid email address If a spam filter is blocking guest@tsg.pxsmail.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that guest@tsg.pxsmail.com emails are not considered spam.

14. Personalized Messaging
If you wish to add a personal message to an eGift Card, simply type your message in the Message field during the purchase process.
Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the eGift Card, or to the space provided on the presentation carrier of a physical Gift Card.
There is no additional charge to include a personalized message.
If we find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to cancel them. Thanks for your cooperation.
15. Limitation of Liability
BFRG AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EGIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF AN EGIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH EGIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
