What is my username?
Your username is your email address.
How do I join the BFRG Rewards Program?

Visit https://bigfish.myguestaccount.com/guest/ and click ‘Sign Up’. Only one email address and one phone number can be used per account.

How do I check my points balance or eligible offers?

Visit https://bigfish.myguestaccount.com/guest/ and log into your account with the email address associated with your account.

What is the difference between Points & Lifetime Points?
‘Lifetime points’ are your total points since you began using the Rewards Program. Your lifetime points will continue to accrue throughout the lifetime of the program. ‘Points’ are the points that are counting up towards your next offer. You receive offers at 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 points.
How do I redeem an offer?
If you have an offer to redeem, simply give your phone number to your server, bartender, or team member and ask them to redeem the offer. Ensure to tell them which offer you would like to redeem as you may have multiple ones available.
How many offers can be redeemed in one day?
Only one (1) offer may be redeemed per guest check and no more than one (1) offer may be redeemed per Member per visit.
Can multiple people at my table use offers?
Only one offer per check.
Can multiple people at my table earn points?
Yes, the server can split your check so each guest can earn points for the guest check they are paying for.
What is the difference between points & offers?
Points are accumulated from the dollars you spend. Offers are what you receive at the following point levels: 100, 200, 500, and 1,000. Valid offers can be redeemed or discounted from your guest check.
How long are offers valid?
Offers are valid for ninety (90 days) from the day they are earned. The birthday offer is valid during the month of your birthday.
Are there any restrictions on when an offer may be used?
Yes, offers cannot be combined with other offers and promotions. Also, the system will automatically lock redemption on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Can I earn points on the gratuity I leave to my server, bartender or team member?
No, points can only be earned on food & beverage purchases, points cannot be earned on tips.
Can I earn points when I purchase gift cards?
No, points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards, only when a gift card is redeemed.
Can I earn points on off-premise catering events, private events, structured events, or party platter orders?

No, points cannot be earned on these events or party platter orders at any of our locations. Points can only be earned when dining in at our locations or ordering carry-out items from our regular food menus.

Can I earn points or use offers on purchases made on third-party online ordering sites (i.e. Shopify, ChowNow or DoorDash)?

No, points can only be earned, and offers can only be redeemed when ordering directly from the restaurant through a server, bartender, or team member or by calling the restaurant directly for carry-out.

What if I am missing points or offers after the new program launched on February 28th, 2023?

If you had points under multiple phone numbers in the previous program, the only points or offers merged over to the new program will be those with an email address associated with that phone number. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look up points you may have had under a different phone number. Please include all phone numbers & names that may be associated with your rewards points.

What if I used multiple phone numbers in the old loyalty program (prior to the migration on February 28th, 2023)?

Your accounts can be combined into one account using one phone number & email address. Please reach out to us at [email protected]. Let us know which phone numbers need to be merged and which phone number you would like to keep as your rewards phone number.

What if I forget to give my server, bartender, or team member my phone number and I want to earn points for a missed visit?

Please fill out our add points request form within 48 hours following the original qualifying purchase. You will need a copy of your credit card receipt or guest check to earn retroactive points. If you do not have your receipt or guest check, unfortunately, we cannot add points to your account. If you need additional assistance, please email [email protected]. Thank you.
